Our Protective Services Division is involved in on site security for the Orlando Florida area. We provide protection to Construction sites, Conventions, Trade Shows, Manufacturing Facilities, and even Gated Communities, both Residential and Commercial. Our In-Depth Survey
First, an in-depth survey is constructed. You (the client) inform us of your needs and then we survey the site for the problems you have listed and keep on the look out for other problems that may have missed your attention. This may take only an hour or it might take a week, depending on the size, location and specific problems related to your needs. There is no charge for the service. We take protection seriously, if we are going to devise a plan, address the issues of your particular situation then we must recognize all of those issues.

Applicants
Our employees are the strength of our business. Before joining our force, every applicant must first undergo an extensive background check. Not only local, but nationwide background checks are verified for criminal activity. Financial history is also checked on a national level to insure financial stability. Drug testing is performed prior to employment and is continued on a random basis throughout the course of employment.

Training
Once an applicant has passed these important steps then the training begins. All Lighthouse Security Orlando Florida employees, not only must attend classes given by Law Enforcement Instructors but must pass with an 85% or better grade, before they are assigned to your site. The basic courses are Public Relations, Personal Communication i.e.: Approach, Body language, How to deal with people in various situations. Self- defense Training, Radio Communication and Report Writing. Depending on the site and Clients requirements, additional training in CPR, First Responder, Hand Cuffing, Baton and Pepper Spray techniques.
