Senior Design project consisted of a Mechatronics design for the animation a static character head, using servos, kinematic linkages, and mechanisms.  The character head animation required a lifelike appearance, quiet smooth operations, safety, and operation times in excess of one hour using PIC’s and Servo Controllers.
