Patients can choose from the following departments to direct their questions: All Departments (for General Questions), Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and Surgery. If there are no doctors currently online patients can have an email or text message sent to them the next time a doctor comes online. Patients can also view doctors projected online times which each doctor sets.
